We offer professional publishing-related services that may include ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, cover design, formatting, distribution guidance, and marketing support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement agreed upon before work begins.

Information on the Site is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing by both parties.

3. Author Ownership & Content

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, authors retain ownership of their manuscripts, ideas, and published works. You represent that any content you provide is original or that you have the rights to use it, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

You grant us a limited license to use submitted materials solely to evaluate your inquiry and perform agreed services.

4. Payments & Refunds

Pricing depends on project scope, word count, genre, and selected services. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Deposits may be required before work commences.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the terms of your signed agreement. Custom creative and publishing work may be partially or non-refundable once production has started. Contact us promptly if you have a billing concern.

5. Revisions & Approval

We include reasonable revision rounds as defined in your project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees. Final approval of manuscripts, covers, and marketing materials remains your responsibility before publication or launch.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We strive to deliver high-quality professional services, but we do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, reviews, bestseller status, or retailer acceptance. Publishing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform policies, and author marketing efforts.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with Site operation, or use automated systems to scrape or harvest data without permission.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
